We currently do not offer refunds due to the time, effort and labor that goes in your customization. We request you to go through the product description size guide and care instructions before making your purchase. Unevenness in color > texture of print or material are not faults but a part of the fabric and its natural characteristics. In the rare case of fulfillment errors from our side the outfit will be exchanged or the amount will be refunded to you in the form of coupon store credit which can be redeemed anytime within 90 days. Please email us on nainasethofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel if there is an issue. After our due diligence we will do the needful. (The cost of any return or exchange needs to be borne by customer.) Clothing sent to us without prior email and our consent in return will not be accepted. Please note every order and client is valuable to us and therefore we follow strict quality and sizing checks before sending out any parcel.
